John worked on our house from start to finish as both a subcontractor and general contractor. All the work he performed for us was of the highest caliber and he is one of only about 5 or 6 contractors that I would ever ask to return for work. For those of you that have built houses or had major renovations performed, you know that dozens of contractors and as many as 100 different workers participate in the building of a large home. So, in that regard, John is in the top 5% of professionals that I would consider for work on our home. Whatever project he undertook, it was always performed beautifully and on budget. As for types of work that he accomplished, this encompassed a very wide range representative of his skill set. He built our stairs in the main house, he erected and attached a timber frame porch to our house, and he built a 30 x 15 timber frame wood shed and equipment storage shop. He also worked closely with a building engineer to bolster the framing in our home to address some structural problems we encountered. These are just a few of the projects he did for us. Overall, I highly recommend John for just about any major building project you may be considering.

John was very professional and efficient. He was super friendly, was punctual and always does a wonderful job. He worked on everything that my house needed for it to be ready for a rental (move-in ready). He also installed a new door and built some custom shelves for me.
